I Need Form For My Website
I have a website where I buy ipods and mac computers, I need a form where the user will submit their information, and depending on the type of ipod they are submitting, they will get a price, if they agree to price and submit form, they will continue to submit the final information and will be able to print a USPS ( united states postal service ) shipping label, so they can send me their product.
I will provide all the prices and items names structure that will go in the option fields for the form. You will only have to create the form & database I guess to hold information.
