Designer Or Developer For Shopify Wanted

Hello,
We would like to build up a new shopify onlinestore.
We want to sell our self designed t-shirts via a shopify onlineshop.
For our shop we now need a Designer/Developer for a new Theme and Layout, it should be very clean and easy structered but not to simple. The design should be very close to this example,
