Facebook Button To Like And Recommend A Page And Report Back

I’m looking for a script compatible with PHP that will allow a user to like a business website on Facebook and post a short comment on their Facebook Wall (“I just bought shoes from XYZ company”) and report back to the business website when the comment is posted so they may receive a discount.
The script should automatically have their Facebook information if they are logged in to Facebook. If not, they should be given the chance to login to Facebook thru the business website.
Facebook has many plugins that should allow something like this to work:

Not sure if this is exactly possible the way I worded it, if you have another idea on how this would work let me know.
