Pixel Fire Redirect

Hello,
I need a script written which redirects a user from one page to another once a pixel fires.
This is essentially how it would work:
I would host a page on my site with an affiliate offer i-framed.
Once the user completes the offer, a pixel fires with the affiliate network signaling the completed conversion. At this point, I’d like to be able to redirect the user to a new page that is contingent upon him/her filling out the offer.
