Facebook Application

I need someone to create a clone of the “Gift Creator” app on facebook. The app will have paypal/facebook credits integration to allow users to purchase gifts if they wish.
The application will have to be changed around a little but the application i require is very close to this.
I need to see some examples of precious Facebook work.
I will also require a mobile app to allow users to access their app account but for now send me quotes for the FB app.
