Custom WordPress Theme

Looking for a designer to create a custom wordpress theme. Designer must be willing to work with me until client is 100% satisfied.
I have the logo, examples and colors of what the client would like.
This theme would require a classy menu, header, background and color scheme.
I will setup a work folder and ftp access for the designer. I like to keep all the links I show my clients as my domain own domain name.
