I have been working with another freelancer who has developed most of my requests. However, there are several VERY important reports and features I need on this admin site that they have not been able to deliver.
Companies that wish to bid, ***THAT HAS SOMEONE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON SQL QUIERIES*** I can give you a username/password to the site so that you can review it and provide a more accurate bid.
ALSO, we have been constantly needing minor changes and sometimes a new report added, so we would like a company that has plenty of resources to provide these changes/updates in a very timely manner.
We use this site to analyze data from our web sales, vendor product information which updates monthly and we need to keep a record of previous information (for example cost changes month-to-month), and our PPC (pay-per-click) site reports (ie. nextag, shopzilla, shopping.com).
The site is currently using ASP.NET/SQL Server, but many reports are very slow in pulling up data, so much of the SQL will have to be improved.
I do not care if you fix the site I have and add the needed features, or completely recreate it with php/mysql.
There are 5 pages on this site I use for updating different information, and there are about 17 primary reports.
I will escrow up-to 50% of the project for the start of the project, remaining payment will be made once project is completed and reports function quickly and accurately.

One of the features I need is the ability to update a single column in our product table. Sometimes I need to update the whole table (we sell about 74,000 products) and sometimes I just need to update one column (such as cost) for some products. The current site takes a CSV file of product information, wipes out the product table and puts all the information in from the CSV… I need an option to only update some items without wiping out the whole table.
Secondly, we have a vendor that has sells about 35,000 products and has 31 warehouses. Some warehouses have different costs on products than other warehouses. AND these costs change monthly which we need to keep track of. We need a report that can pull the current months costs (of all products from all 31 warehouses) and tell me which warehouse has the cheapest cost and compare that to our local warehouse cost (If our local warehouse is cheaper then don’t display that product). We also need this report to be able to be sortable and a filter so we can see all the products that (whatever warehouse I click on) has the lowest cost on. (Example: if I click on the Portland warehouse, I want all the products listed where Portland has a lower cost than our local warehouse).
