So there will be two category of visitors/registered users
1) Buyers
2) Sellers

The first can only Buy and the second can only Sell….

I need the following deletions/changes made

Registration
1a) When Registering there is a custom field – Buyer or Seller….Buyers can only post projects and Seller can only Provide Services
1b) Privilege to provide service or Sell have to be enabled by the Admin
1c) Change static text State/Province to City above drop down menu
1d) User name must be randomly generated (8 digit) non-editable…not to be chosen by User…
1e) Tax setting section not required – as no direct payment to be made by buyer to seller…to be removed

Header
2a) Alt text of logo to be changed
2b) Advanced Search link to be removed….functionality not required
2c) RSS feeds logo and link to be removed….functionality not required

Menu buttons
3a) The Categories button is redundant as we will not do normal auctions….to be removed
3b) Just three menu button – Help, members area and Revers serve the purpose – The page that comes up on pressing the Reverse button actually serves the purpose as the home page….thus the home page can be redirected here

Members Area
4a) The “About Me” page is not required….to be removed
4b) All messages to be moderation enabled for Admin
4c) In the Personal information area – The entire Manage Account section is not required and may be removed
4d) The Bidding section and all buttons/links pertaining thereto may be removed (middle column) as these all pertain to normal auctions which we are not doing
4e) In the Reverse Auction bit only Sellers who are enabled to Sell by admin can place a bid
4f) Similarly Sellers should not be able to post a project…as per categorization at the time of Registration
4g) In the Reverse Auctions section, to remove the My Profile link/page

5) All bids are private bids – Till the project is awarded … all that is visible to the poster/visitors/other Buyers or Sellers is – No of Bids, and Lowest Bid, Delivery time…..the details of the who bid lowest (Seller), Seller Location etc are not visible and only made available to the concerned Buyer once the project is awarded.

6a) Additional category field is not required and is to be removed
6b) Remove Description Field form….
6c) Remove Budget field from the form
6d) The entire “Item featuring” section – comprising home page featured, category page featured, highlighted item, bolded item – all to be preselected for all projects (we are not charging for this thus does not make sense to not select)
6e) To remove the custom end time option (radio button)…Buyer not to have flexibility to choose custom end time
6f) Remove choice of “Private Auction” – all projects are compulsorily private auctions as explained above

Placing a Bid
7a) The Description text area to be removed
7b) The Delvery within filed to be made compulsory (cannot be left blank when placing a bid)

I want the the following words changed site-wide
- Reverse Auction = Get the Best Deals
- Bid = Offer
- Post Project = Request – Best Deal
- Provide Services = Offer a Deal
- Auction Fees = “Best Deals” Fees
- Reverse Auction fees = Get me the Best Deals Fees
- End of Auction fees = Success Fees

9) All payment from Buyer to Seller are envisaged to be offline….for payment to be made by the Buyer/Seller to the Website…i need to incorporate a payment gateway…

the pharmacist entering the information needs to be able to return back

9) see #2 above – no name can be entered into the calender on the same day

10) when the pharmacist is entering their schedule they can also enter the
time in which they are available.
