Basically i need an asp.net 2 page which save the record to a database ( oracle 10g and sql server 2005)

Connect with API and actually send the previewed pdf files.

10) Deduct user credits on our site.

When letter is sent, snail mail credits are deducted from user account on our site. basically just subtracting a number from a field in a table.

This number will be different depending on whether its a letter or postcard.. local or international. Most letters will be international.

11) Status Check on Send

User has ability to check status of letter that was sent on a status page connected through api. This status will include which user or profile the letter was sent to, date, status of send.

I have a CSV file that I would like to be imported into a google maps page. The page should ask for the users zip code and how close in miles they would like to search. After searching the user should be given a list of the closest results from the CSV and a map on the side showing their location and all of the results.

I can set up the data in a mysql database if needed, but it would be nicer to just put the CSV on my page and replace whenever it is updated.

We can track the impression on flash .swf banners, by embedding the basic image tracking code in them.
