I need a plugin/Module written for the Component Phoca Download in Joomla. It would be better if it could work for all files downloaded from the site, but not required.

Requirements:
When someone downloads a file, the page needs to be redirected to a thank you page behind the download “Save File” window that pops up.
Example 1: Goto http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html?tag=pop
Then Click on the download button
New page should appear, “Your Download should begin shortly.”(I would like to call this a Thank you for downloading page)
The thank you page has to have its own url, preferably an article in Joomla. Not a popup or frame.
Have a different thank you url or page for each file downloaded. It can be the same “thank you page” joomla article, but the url has to be different(i.e. thankyou1.html, thankyou_1.html, thankyou-1.html, filename.zip.html or whatever different you would want to add.) in order to track what file was downloaded.

Other information you may need:
We are using a Modal popup for the Register and license agreement of terms of the software, hence why we need the thank you page.

Possibilities:
Can use Docman, RS Files or something else that a user can easily learn or use in the Joomla Gui interface.
Can use a metatag redirect/refresh type url in a content page source code. Phoca downloads seems to not like external links for the downloads like that, and why I am not just using that. Seems to be inconsistent as to how and when it is functioning. The other problem is hiding the file url is not automatic in external/internal links. Also you can’t force the license agreement to popup, if soomeone goes directly to the file outside of Phoca Downloads.
This can work for all downloads from the site vs just from the Phoca Download, like this plugin( http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/site-management/site-analytics/5819?qh=YTo0OntpOjA7czo1OiJ0cmFjayI7aToxO3M6ODoidHJhY2tpbmciO2k6MjtzOjY6InRyYWNrcyI7aTozO3M6NzoidHJhY2tlZCI7fQ%3D%3D ), but it has to show a different url/page once downloading has started or finished. Not send Google analytics information.

If this cannot be done, I am interested in any other solutions that accomplish the same job.

A good example to see is thingiview.js which is also open source, so you should be able to use parts of that.
three.js has converters for .obj, .3ds & a few other converts so it maybe a two step process, eg run it through a converter then the viewer points to the JSON file.
