I need a simple application to create/ Register new users. This registration will communicate with an API of an SMS gateway service provider. There shall be two simple applications. One is web based using which users can register with us to start sending SMS internationally using their purchased credits. For the time being we dont require any payment system but will go for it later. Another app is a small messanger type desktop app which lies in the taskbar minimized like the Yahoo Messanger. It should have username/password to login and then the simple SMS data inputs like destination number, Identity and Body. The same app should have options to view the logged in user’s balance credit, sent numbers etc which can be retrieved from the API.

I have a low budget and will go for only experienced programmers who can show a similar demo or prove themselves in anyway.

Currently I am running an opencart system. I can create a few admin user (clients) from the admin backend and restrict access to certain section but I need to mod the script to allow an admin user (or client) to login but only see the products he has created of sold from the store. In effect I want to create a multi-vendor (seller) in my webstore like www.inkd.com.

it would probably be a few script modification so that when the admin user logs in the admin area the system will know that he is admin user 1 and will only show the products that he has posted or sold from the store.

I have a website made in Drupal with a theme already. I like most features of the theme except for the styling.
I want to edit the current theme per my taste.

This is a technical description for an application to call cheaper using smartphones.
We would like to create an iphone and android application that will allow users to call without having their usual operator billing

The user downloads the application, create an account online and then starts calling. They have the choice between direct call or call back.
In case of direct call, the user will just dial a local phone number and the call will be forwarded to international call using asterisk plateform.
In case of call back, the user gets a callback and then is forwarded to the number he wants to reach.

In case of direct call, the user is billed a local call on his mobile operator.
In case of call back, nothing is billed on the mobile operator.

Here is the description of the application :

1. Once installed, the application will ask either for login and password or to create an account.
Login is the phone number (10 digits only, must starts with either 06 or 07)
Password is a 4 to 12 caracter code

The user will have the option to save his l/p on the phone.
We will send the login and password via https request to server who will reply OK or KO and balance

If the user does not have a l/p, then we allow him to test the application without entering password.
We ask him for his mobile phone number and that’s it (10 digits only, must starts with either 06 or 07).
We will send the phone number via https request to server who will reply OK or KO, a password (8 caracters) and the balance
If KO, then it means the user already has an account.

2. In both case, the user is “in” the application
The first page of the application will be a dialer.
On the header of the page, user will be shown how much credit user has left in account and a link to access “settings”

The user can dial a number directly or can access his address book.
If user dials and validate the phone number (or use address book), you will ask him if he wants to use callback or direct call.
In bose case, you will send via https the phone number the user wants to call. you will add a variable DC (Direct call) or CB (Callback) in the https request.
If the phone number the user wants to call starts with a “+”, you will change the “+” sign with 00.
Ex: +40712345678 will be changed in 0040712345678
If phone number starts with “0″ and then any digits from 1 to 9 except 8 and has 10 digits, then you will add 0033 and remove first 0.
Ex : 0607080900 will be changed to 0033607080900

If user chose direct call, then in the https reply, you will be given a phone number to call and the call shall be initiated by the application to this phone number
If user chose call back, then in the https reply, you will just have OK or KO.

3. Settings.

a. Refresh balance => https request
b. De-connect => Deconnect and go back to login page of application
c. Add credit => Link to website
d. View calls details => Link to website
e. Change password => Link to website

The application will be in french so the text must be easy to translate.
You will provide design (simple and nice looking). Please show what you’ve done up to now.

I need a seated auction script prepared. I already have 2 different penny auction scripts (both work) So one of those can be used.

Here are the details…

The User will need to register and pay an entry fee in advance to enter an auction, entry fee to be set in admin.

Each auction will have a cost of entry to be added via admin.

There will be a set minimum number of participants for each auction to be set in admin.

User can only start bidding when timer counts down to a pre-set time (for example: last 5 minutes) ‘start bidding’ time to be set in admin.. ALSO…. A message in red font appears to say ‘bidding in process’.

Each user will have a set amount of bids automatically credited to their account (1 to unlimited) to be set in admin.

Once bidding begins, user must be present (no bidbutler).

Auction ends same as penny auction or will have an auto termination time where last bidder wins after cutoff time.. forced termination time to be set in admin. This will be a time setting such as (this auction runs for a maximum of 3 hours, or 20 minutes or 24 hours).

Once auction ends, user bid accounts restored to ’0′

User may join in any other auction that has an entry fee which is LOWER than the entry fee they paid for an auction. IMPORTANT!!… But once the auction ends that the user originally entered, then their account is set to zero and can no longer bid in other auctions…. ALSO…User can not join ANY auctions unless their originally joined auction is in ‘bidding process’.

I have a wp based development site at taicnew.imageinnovators.biz that i need relevant photos put on and the content tidied up on each page of the website. For instance utilising the shortcodes available in the themeforest OverAll theme which i am using. I will provide a login and small credit on depositphotos to find pictures and download for use on the site. I will be trusting you to choose some good ones a feminine eye would probably be good as its a image/fashion site.
I also have photos for the front page flash show that just need titles/captions added to them – and uploaded into the theme. Its a small finishing up job…the content is there it just needs formating and tidying up to finish the site. and give it the wow factor.

On the sidebar i would also like a lightbox flickr plugin that pulls in a particular flikr stream of photos relevant to the site, A facebook fanpage box with fans and latest fan pictures, a twitter stream, etc all nicely formatted to match in with the site. so some css and html knowledge is necessary.

You don’t need to be a programmer to do this job just know how to use wordpress and have some basic knowledge. I would do it myself but thought perhaps there might be someone on scriptlance that might like to help me out with it.

I am trying to run an install.php that is supposed to take input data like domain name, city, state, etc. and unpack a zip file which has as many as 60 html files and enter the data into each file and post the html file with updated changes. The install.php file is not working on my server. I need someone to fis this and make it work correctly. here is one of the error messages that happens when I try to run the install.php:

It goes through the entire file and does this over and over. It crates folders but they are empty/ There is supposed to be an index.html file but it does not create that either.
