I will provide access to the web site via FTP, and dba access to a mysql database. I will FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS if necessary
to set up processing account with PAYPAL, so again, if you don’t know how to do this, don’t bid. I’m looking for expertise in hooking up a site to send transaction to paypal, set up whatever technical and busness arrangements with paypal, everything necessary, from scratch.
If you ask me how to hook to paypal, my answer is that is what I am paying for.
