Need Customize Software For Client 2

I am in need of a simple software which should have following features
1) Few Text Filling Sections approximately 25-28 section (like name, date, amount, total, percentage, remark)
2) When a detail is once filled (eg : name Emiley, Johhny, Jacob, Peter) than second time when a user press J in name field than all names starting with J (i.e. Johhny, Jacob) should come as suggestion
Same like excel
3) It should have search feature, Search from “Name”, Search from “From Date – To Date”
and search result should come statement just like we get statement from any bank’s website
This thing can be done in excel but I need a customize software instead of excel worksheet
Its upto you that which technology, language you want to use
but it should run smoothly in Windows XP & 7
(i prefer MS Access Database)
For Suggestion – I have seen a Invoice software in office-kit.com, it was really great just works in excel and uses access database with a very great interface
