Using Flowplayer And Amazon S3

Need someone to use a screen sharing program to show me how to embed a video uploaded to Amazon S3 on a website to stream using flowplayer.
Want you to give me a template embed code so I can do it for myself on several sites.
Want the video to autoplay with no control buttons, just be able to click to play or pause
