Psd To Xhtml/css Conversion

Hi,

I want to convert a psd to a full website. There are about 4 pages.

I will give home page and 1 inner page template.

The site will need to have a gallery and a small scroller, i want everything done within 2 days of job award, one contact form.

The full site will be in html only, so no need for a cms.

please quote accordingly. I want it to use DIV tags only, w3c validated and seo friendly. I want the psd to be converted exactly, no rush job and improper work.
