Customize Job Board

I have a job listing based website, and I am trying to integrate my job board software into the site. The software is Jamit. Basically, you would integrate the job board inside my site template. To further explain, when a user clicks on “job board” or “recruit teachers”, the user would be sent to the link that has the same layout and design. Below the logo, pics, and design, the Jamit script would be showing.
The other thing I need you to do is return the background back to its “light brown” setting. The background is currently white because a previous programmer I worked with changed the color.
