Require a developer who has experience in making apps to build an app for each device.
Requirement:
App will switch phone onto silent
Sit in the background
Will Make a noise if something happens like a low battery warning (details will be provided to developer)
App can search phone for sounds to play (if already on the phone)
App can pull contacts from contacts on phone
Developer will need to provide assistance on posting on app store and Market Place.
All design work will need to be done by the winning bid
Winning bidder will also be asked to develop a second app.
