Weather Iframe Solution For Joomla Site

We are a local online tv station with a 5 day a week Weathercast in our 5 day a week newscast. This Weathercast is extracted from our regular video newscast and is then reposted to our weather page.
We are currently contracting with another company to use their iFrame solution. Unfortunately, their brand and ads are all over the feed and we want to have our own brand, banner rotation and YouTube video viewer on this page.
