Fixing Errors On An Online Shopping Catalog Website

I already have an existing shopping catalog website, which is fully functional but with a few issues that needs to be fixed. Below are the few problems:
Error messages when updating product layouts
Order management enhancement on the admin panel
Email generation and management after orders are placed
Promotions and coupon managements
Small change on shopping cart quantity default
Sales tax management on the shopping cart
Additional text to be added to the shipping information
Links/tabs management on the home page
Please note that the issues above are not as complex as they sound, I will provide more specific details to the successful candidate. I am also running on a small budget, please consider that while bidding.
