Business Card Design Needed

I need a designer to come up with a professional looking, useful, and clean business card for me to use with my business. I have a logo which I would like to be used with the card as well.
I would like the designer to simply make a business card image for me basically with all the information that I need, there added graphics and my logo. Then I can take the image to my business card printing company and get them to create it.
I will also need the name of the program used to create the image, so I can make edits to the image later if I need to change out things.
