Pdf To Html

I have a PDF that needs to be sliced and developed as HTML file. This will be an HTML email template so you must use TABLES. No CSS or external style sheets can be used because Gmail strips out CSS.
Careful attention to detail required and we must maintain the same look and feel as the design.
