I have a windows application (developed in .net) and a asp.net web application developed. I need someone to create a product documentation which will be used by our users to learn how to use these applications and their features.

The documentation will be guided by me. During the start, I shall give you a online demo of the entire application via a online meeting. (I use web-ex). If you have gotomeeting, I can also show you a demo there. I want you to note down all the features I explain to you.

After that, I will give you a copy of the application for you to configure it in your PC and use it for making screenshots to be used in the product documentation.

You will explain about all the features available in the application including how to use, example snippets etc.

To install my applications you require the following:
1. Windows PC with .Net Framework 3.5 installed (if you have Windows7, it will be perfect)
2. Devexpress v10.2.5 (will be provided to you)
3. SQL Server 2005 Express Edition.

I will give you DB backup, application exe and web application files to use. Also, a installation manual will be given to you for configure it in your PC. I can provide you support, if you are unable to install it. (via TeamViewer, I can fix the errors in your PC)

After this documentation is completed, any new changes to the application shall also be done by you in future (of course, that would be separate project with separate cost).

I set up simple websites for customers. They are all basically the same. I just need each one personalized for each customer. For this job you need to be able to ftp files, copy and paste, modify a few files and be able to use Photoshop to modify a .PSD file.

I do between 20-30 of these per month.
Each website takes about 15 minutes to set up.
I can pay $10.per website. set up.

There is an upgrade option where the customer choses to have us modify the header file to read his domain name. This requires modifying a PSD file in photoshop. This takes 5 minutes and I
can pay $5. for this. About half of the customers go for the upgrade.

Here is the job.

1. You create a web hosting account in WHM
on my server using the information you get
in a set up email for each customer. (I will give you the log in)
2. You upload all the files to the new account
by ftp. (Takes a few seconds just html and a few php files)

3. You modify 4 fields in the configinc2.php
file with the customer’s details.

4. You log into my own autoresponder system,
create an account for the customer and
modify 9 messages by replacing my url
with their url.

5. Modify the index.php file but putting
in the number of the autoresponder.
(copy and paste a number in two places
in the file)

Send me a form set up email that
I will give you to use for each customer.

This all takes max 15 minutes and is mainly
copy and pasting and uploading files by ftp. It is
very easy.

Each website needs to be set up within 24 hours
of receipt of the customers set up email.

For 15 minutes of work I can pay $10.

I do a minimum of 10 per month and if I know
I have someone setting them up I will promote more.
So that is about $100-$200. per month minimum for very easy work.

Plus there is an upgrade.
The upgrade is simply modifying the header file
to spell out their domain name.

You just upload the masterpsd file I give you
to Photoshop. Change the letters to read the
letters of the domain name, save as a jpeg file
and reupload the the customers grfx folder.

This takes less than 5 minutes.
I can pay $5. for this.
More than half go for this upgrade.

So this could be another $50 or so more per month.

I have exact detailed instructions written out but
that is just a summary.
