The website lets you shorten your URL for free, or you have the option to setup an account and they can then shorten their URL and be paid per click to their URL because the first 5 seconds will display an ad and after the 5 seconds the visitor will have to press skip. There needs to be a little bit of security where it doesn’t pay the user from clicking the same URL more than once. I need to have a back end where people can submit their link that they want to promote on others shortened URLs. The user will have to pay for having their website promoted for 5 seconds via paypal and I should be able to change the different amounts. Once approved the impressions should automatically be sent out over all the different URLs in any random order over any URLs. The only thing I do want restricted is if they buy specifically US and Canada traffic opposed to World Wide, which will need to be tracked through their IP.

Recap of what needs to be done:

I have a site that I need to change the navigation from flash to html, also the site has a banner thats in flash and I want that changed to jquery or anything that can be seen on the iphone.
