- have flash advertising capability, as well as google ads, and other ad space available to help generate revenue

Users should be able to:

- visit an original, enticing homepage and have a video automatically starts playing right away
- register a username, login, upload a photo, make comments on videos, and sign up for a newsletter, and all the things that go along with registering a username including a function to get a lost username or password.
- easily navigate the website and find videos in multiple ways (from the tabs, from a search, from categories, etc.)
- see suggestions on other videos once a video has finished playing (maybe within the video player itself. Youtube does this now with suggestions that pop in there after a video is done playing.)
- listen to a podcast (a podcast player should be available, but podcasts are not prepared at the moment. This is an idea once the website takes off.

Admin (me) should be able to:

- see general important statistics like: how many views per video, where people are visiting from, how long they are visiting for, and other things that help me track visitor information. Google Analytics has a service for this. Do I use them, or do you have the capability to install coding for this? ***For me, this part is really important that it work correctly from the beginning so I can guide my future advertising strategy.
- upload videos regularly, and easily control what is being featured, and attach a photo to each video to be present to the left of the video screen while the video is being played
- Control comments when necessary
- easily send out newsletters via some newsletter framework

Website Design:

- I would like the user to feel like they are in a modern-day, possibly Asian living room with a flat screen on the wall, and a few appropriate decorations on the table below the TV. The wall behind the TV should also match, and then also at the bottom of the homepage should be the floor visible. It should all go together nicely. I am not super picky about what exactly it should be, but the theme is “Modern Asian Living room” whatever that means. Colors should also be themed and match.

This project is for the simple creation of a database website.

It will allow for someone to complete a form which is saved into the database.
The information that will be entered are phone numbers and some other assorted information regarding that phone number..

Then there needs to be a search function for people to type in a phone number.
If there are entries against that phone number – then they will be shown.
If there are no results – then user should be given option to create an entry.

There should be an admin function – for admin to be able to edit, delete and print entries.
However when printing the entries, there should be an option to mask some of the numbers or not.

We have a similar (but more complex) site in operation – so some modifications can be made from that.

The public page should should also be smart phone optimised – so I think that means running two index pages side by side.

I need some help with the integration of an SOAP api/webservice into a php website. The api is not very much documented, but it should be an easy task for someone experienced in php/api.

The api interface is used to create users / charge users / other operations on a service which is used by the the website.

Currently i have all of the functions ready(website is working, signup/ and so on), but i need to replace them by functions of the API. For example, at sign up on the website
a user is created via mysql added directly into the db, but i want to use the Api functions for adding a user/charging
instead of writing directly to the mysql database.

This project is for our MFR project.

We are wanting to create a database of adverts scraped from a classifieds website.
We are wanting the data from the last 24 hours to be publicly accessible however to offer to the opportunity for members to have historical records of that phone number emailed or downloaded to them for a fee.

The data will be scraped from here: http://services.classifieds.news.com.au/local/adult-services/ and should be setup to scrape fresh data daily, with the old entries going into a database but the latest entries being displayed on the home screen. Particularly so that we can get hits by search engine bots. Please be aware that this source site has many pages (today there are 70) and this will change according to the number of adverts placed in the newspaper that day. Also there needs to be some way of splitting the adverts up so that they are independent – as there are 25 adverts a page.

We would like it setup in a way that requires minimal admin work – so will require IPN integration. But can not use paypal, so perhaps something like moneybookers. But please be aware that we are based in Australia and that the content is adult related, which can sometimes cause a problem with some payment providers.

When someone conducts a search they should be able to get the number of results found – so that they know what they are buying. Similar to the many different WHOIS indexes and personal identity check websites scattered throughout the internet.
When searching they may be searching for a key word or phone number.

Admin should be able to view all the entries in the database.

Bid must include graphics and design of site. You are welcome to borrow the website template from one of our other sites, however you must change the colours so that it looks unique.
