I have been sucessfully using a Joomla/Virtuemart plugin I had programmed for last 2 years but now needs an update to correct a few things and make some improvements eg: add search facility by user name/email address etc.
It was made for Joomal 1.5.4 and Viruemart 1.1.3 so now is really old and needs updating badly…it is no longer working correctly.

I already have the plugin ready to edit and a test server if necessary.

I *really* would like to see the ability to handle new customers/orders through the backend, in order to process orders received by mail or phone etc. This seems like a huge gaping hole in VM’s capabilities, and also doesn’t seem like it should be overly painful.

The interface for managing customers already exists, including the ability to add a customer (we would need to disable the email address as a required field — many orders by mail/phone don’t include an email address).

The ability to edit an existing order, including adding products to the order, already exists. So the only functionality needed is the ability to create a new order from that customer interface.

If anyone has hacked these things, please let me know.

Not sure why, but my phpfox site went haywire. There seems to be something wrong on the profile page particularly. Looks like some CSS issues, but not sure, but it does not output correctly. The data is all there, but does not show correctly. There are some other problems that I need to get fixed as well, but for this project, I need this done ASAP.
