The purpose of the website is to create a platform for media texts around aviation topics. I have a .php script that allows me to choose when posts expire. Unfortunately,it does not allow posts to NEVER expire. Also, the menu is able to be seen by normal users, which I do not want.

I would like the attached script to be able to be modified to do the following:

1. Take away the post expiry menu for users (not admin!)
2. Make an option for posts to never expire

This project is to extract links from a page which lists websites by rank. The information needs to written to a tab-delimited text file.

The fields are title, description, url, rank, category and hits.

This can be written in PHP or Perl and can be run from the command line.

Budget is $10-$15.

Process will change current designed website to a wordpress theme using flash objects if possible for easier updating. Chosen programmer must copy all pages of current site, creating a theme for wordpress that can be easily installed to existing wordpress installation, then new pages will be uploaded to work with current wordpress installation.

Programmer must also provide site in a mobile theme for mobile devices, with the site auto recognizing the use of mobile devices. Any use of flash objects must also have non flash alternatives for devices such as iphone/ipad.
