WordPress Template Building From Psd

We made a PSD design for a wordpress site. Now we are looking for someone who can transform this PSD into a WordPress template.
The jpg image in the attachement is a first version. We are still working on the design.
At the start of the project we will provide you with the neccessary PSD file and project description. Communication by SKYPE is possible.
We prefer freelancers who also can build it for our client into WordPress. But that will be a seperate project.
