Skilled Programmer Needed For Web Scraping Project

Hello,
I’m looking for a highly skilled programmer who will be able to create a website for me similar to one I will show you. Web scraping will be required or some other method by which you will learn how this site actually operates. You will need to somehow peek into the specified site and learn how to re-create the functionality. This may be challenging, but a good project for the right person. A knowlege of Twitter followers sites will be highly helpful. Look forward to hearing from you.
