Simple Css Fixes And Modifications

Hi
I am looking for someone who knows CSS and can help me with tidy up a page for me. It is not a huge job just a few bits that need tweaking
1. Login box in header that I want to expand when clicked
2. Align an image for middle of the page
3. I have an external javascript feed that I want to try to customize with a look already on my site
4. Tidy up any tags that are not needed
