Remove Malware And Secure Site

My site has been attacked numerous times and I need to have it secured so that it will not happen again. The attacks seem to be malware with redirect links to various nefarious websites. I have no idea where the vulnerability lies. My website includes an OsCommerce store and three blogs. All are pretty small and should be easy to fix. What I need is this…
First remove all spam, malware, badware, etc.
Second, secure the sites so that it does not happen again.
Third, help me remove the malware flag from Google.
You must have a good rating and be trustworthy to work on this project.
