Needed Partner/programmer/script Writers

I need a partner for a social charity website you must see to understand.The site is a non-profit with at least 80% of profits going to charities but still can provide a decent income for those involved.This has been a project in development for long time and need someone to tie it altogether and get it off the ground.And is a project that will do a lot of good for a lot of people.I need direct contact with someone to describe what my final vision is for this site.
