I Need A Web Designer

Can you design a website like odesk.com, http://www.peopleperhour.com, elance.com etc my point is to create a robust 2.0 website dedicated to showcase a certain two group of people. I wil disclose when we start working together. But the functionality is the same as any other job portal. Employer become members and post jobs for a fee and employee become members and search jobs for free, they can as well post their resume for employers to find them.
