Simple Changes To Business Card Design

Looking to hire graphic designer to make simple changes to our cards. We want EXACT SAME LAYOUT as we use currently except we have new address and new employee names and titles. Very simple project just use our current design to make new design with attached changes. And we want the font sized increased by 2X from our current design to text is easier to read.
Final images MUST conform to our printers specs which are found on the site listed in the attachment. Our budget is $15.00.
