Transfer And Migrate Site To Another Hosting Provider

I have a website hosted on http://www.linode.com/ and has no control panel etc and is a VPS
My website is called snesclassics.com
The site will be moved to another webhost with cpanel installed.
Job is to:
Transfer Site and domain
Set up Cpanel
Set up and migrate SQL datsabases.
Set up Mail etc.
setup NS records etc
There is also a possibility of site administration job providing you know vbulliten sql data bases etc
