We need a very simple iPhone app.
The app will have one previously stored sound file (wav file, for instance). That file will have a length of about 1, 2 or 3 seconds.

The app has to continuously listen what is received from the microphone and show in the screen a number indicating the “similarity” of what is hearing with the previously stored sound file, in a scale from 0% to 100%.
In case it is very close to what is prerecorded, the screen will show a high number (“86%” for instance). If it does not have similarity, it will show “0%”.

We are not searching for exactness but approximation in different grades.

The developer does not have to worry about the graphics and the interface design. We understand that this has to be developed by someone that understands sound waves and how to sample them.

The code has to be of good quality and not use APIs not approved by Apple.

b. Customer selects a flat (condo unit) from the inventory, based on a date range

c. Customer reserves the unit by entering all related information (name, address, phone, city, state, zip, email), and the order is “booked”

d. Customer makes online payment for the unit, and disclaimers are displayed

e. Contract is generated, in the form of a PDF, and sent along to the client

f. Flat (condo unit) is no longer available for that time frame (inventory updated)

g. Notification email is sent to site sales administration that a booking has occurred

I am after a web master/designer to help put a simple opt-in page together – using a basic template as an example – and using aweber code and opt-in box.

Then upload to host – put a subscriber Thank You Page Together.
Then uploading already provided weekly newsletters into Aweber.
That’s it. Just one site to start.

This is basic simple stuff and everything is provided as in template, weekly emailable newsletters and complete instructions etc. I just need help putting it all together. Do a great job here and i have quite a few more simple web design projects to come.
