I am not exactly sure what needs to be done, how long or how much this project will take/cost so I do not have a time frame nor a budget.

All I know is that PHP/MySQL will be used.

I need a custom scripted way for people to be able to register/log into my existing website and have a basic customizable profile, where then they will be able to list items for sale.

I also need two custom searches for the people who register.

The first custom search will be to search the items that are listed for sale.
The second custom search will be for the people who are listing items for sale.

The last thing I would need would be a way to export the sales list with some code for a person to take the code and paste it into their own website and have that sales list be there.

I run a company that finances computers. If the customer does not make his monthly payment then i want his computer to lock until he does so. I want this to be designed into the CMOS Bios (if possible) as opposed to the operating system since if windows is reinstalled then the utility installed would also be removed.

My vision is:
If the customer does not pay his monthly bill then his computer needs to be locked up. Once he makes the payment, i can provide him with a code that will allow him access. Each code could be used only once and the computer must not lock up until the customer misses another payment. I should have a list of 36 codes installed on every computer where each code is good for 1 use, meaning good for that month. so if the customer finances a computer for 3 years then i should have a maximum 36 codes (1 for each month) on the basis that he misses every payment. Obviously a good customer shouldn’t be missing any payments!

1.Rokdownload feature has automatically to pick files from folder you specify now I need that feature in this phoca download component. (creates automatically categories, subcategories and so on)

one problem I have is being able to publish files I have in rokdownload because I have more than 30000 files and it just does not work because I do not have enough memory to work with or mysql and this file can be configured to work faster and easier.

(so I will need to be able to speed up this process)

2. Need to have auto play or preview option of files I want like you can see I have added play/preview feature on “JPG and PDF” files but this is done manually in administrator panel of this component. (so I check types of files in admin panel that will be automatically played/previewed on front end)

3. Also need to have an option to auto preview files as part of file for example:

need to be able to preview video and audio file so I can specify part of audio or video file lets say if file is 30 minutes long I want to be able to show 2 minutes starting at 23rd minute to 25th minute of file. It is so that wen the order is stored the invoice number is set.
But when the customer is not paying we have to delete te order but then te invoice number is gone

He draws simple diagrams, writes words and explains the value we add. We want this recreated into a professional looking web presentation with voice over.

We’d like a significant enhancement from the white-board presentation. For instance: He draws a cylidnar, writes in it and calls it a silo. Perhaps you could create 3-D silos that are obviously such and find a way for the words layover them. The more professional the better – it represents our company on the home page.
