I have a URL shortening PHP Script/Site. I need a site designed around it, to make it a little prettier.

1) The PHP code first needs to be checked as there is an error during registration and logon – this used to work, but I am guessing there is a syntax error somewhere now – should take 5 minutes if you know what you doing, I don’t!

2) Once the PHP code is fixed I want a wrapper type of web design done to wrap around the code. Basically to turn it into a fully functional PHP/MySQL website with graphics, headers etc. The Admin area, needs to be prettied up too so that I can manage users, email users, and manage links.
