The goal is NOT to search for SPECIFIC PERSONS but to capture as many entries from the site as possible. I assume given the sparse search Options of the site the approach is limited to inputing as many last names and their variations as possible I am assuming this the appropriate approach to extract as much of the data as possible? If there is some other way to communicate with the website such that each record can be extractred that is really what I want
As an example the first entires in the last name dbf file would look like this:

Aaron,Aarons,Ahrens, Arrand, Arend, Arends, Aron
Abberly,Abberley
Abbot,Abbott,Abbat,Abot,Abott,Ebbott

Each last name would be input into the search box surrounded by quotes so that it would locate only that exact name and only the search returns with the name in the first position (meaning its a last name and not a first name) would be extracted For instance, submitting the last name “Aaron” returns a number of Aarons but none of them appear first so they are all first names and therefore none of these records would be captured at this time (they will be just later on when their last names are searched) However, submitting “Abbott” returns 63 records all with abbott in the last name field so they would all be captured

For each appropriate last name record all the data field: name, payee, savings account etc need to be captured

Each of these bank of canada records must be placed in database file such as dbf file such that they can be imported into my alpha5 database.

Background of Request:
Kudler’s Chart of Accounts currently exists as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. In anticipation of new reports that management will be requesting, we want to move the Chart of Accounts from the current spreadsheet to a SQL database. We want to create the database in order to facilitate decision making at the store and department levels.
Expected Results/Impact when completed:
An SQL database containing the fields in the current Chart of Accounts, plus a “balance” field.

An SQL query that will display all of the database fields.

A test of the database by means of a query by account number and a report totaling the balance field test data entered by the database design team. The query will display all fields (description, short description, and balance) using the account number as the key to the query. The report will display all fields with a break based on the first two digits of the account number and subtotal of the balance field at each break. A grand total of the balance field will be provided at the end of the report. The database design team will load sufficient entries into the balance field to prove their total routine is working – test balance entries are not necessary for all account numbers.
