Quick Css Fix & Re-skin Later

I need a quick fix to css on a site – book a couple hours for this job (which is generous) but ultimately I need a css pro to re-skin a site.
If your comfortable with css & the code on the site I would like you to re-skin the site completely with a prepurchase template.
Full disclosure – I use an inhouse developer but neither him nor myself are very good with css. I do however have a clear idea of design
