Php/ajax/jquery Dev Great Pay

We have too much work and need another programmer, will start as contractor at $30/hour. Need someone who is great with php, ajax, jquery, mysql, and understands the latest OOP techniques we also use Doctrine ORM, and some of our work is in Oscommerce.
Sometimes projects may involve templating a E-commerce site from a PSD file, it would be good if you know how to do that.

Must have great written English and communication, and be available during USA daytime hours on gtalk.
