One Page Webdesign / Template

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a webdesigner/creative graphic designer who would be able to rework one page of our website for us.

As you can see there is flash version of a pricelist. (which we also want to keep on the site, but we also want to add a non-flash version of the pricelist like you can see on the link below..)
we want to replace it by some php/html page like seen on this website : http://bit.ly/cgl9p3
Our website is based on smart templates so any experience with php/smarty would help to get it completed faster. Anyways it should be pretty easy. If more details are needed, no problem.
