Xml Web Search Site

We are looking for someone who can either make or modify our existing search site to search other sites.
We are looking to have a site that searches or scrapes a few other sites and displays the results on ours using XML or a third party API.
Topics and further details will be provided upon selection of programmer. We are looking for programmers that have experience in this type of search engine type work. Please show us examples of similar work you have completed.
