Comple Our Iphone App

We have an iPhone app that is 60% done. We need one final piece hat we can’t do on our own. The app needs to be able to use the iphone camera to take a picture of a athletic jersey and recognize the letters AND numbers on the jersey on any jersey. That’s all we need done.
