Help Me Run A .net Script

I need to be able to run this script -

on my localhost using vwd 8.0 with .net framework 3.5
The complete source code is available at that link. i am new to .net and i need help getting the assemblies compiled without errors and run.
I need someone who can help me install this script using google or yahoo IM
The completion of the project would be a running version of the script on my local machine
