Convert Html Site To WordPress

Current HTML website needs to be converted to WordPress.

in addition to the pages you see menu items for there are 2 pages without menus at : http://budurl.com/c265
and http://budurl.com/salespage
and add a blog page
Would like it done within 24 hours.
Just want simple theme and same graphic header
