Blueprints Estimator Asap
Looking for experienced estimators who can calculate square footage, of exterior EIFS system and linear footage of crown mouldings including drive-thru canopy on the new construction hotel from provided blueprints. The final calculation should include:
SPECS for exterior eifs system (if it’s drainage system) from the specs blueprints,
Each eifs thickness square footage, seperate for 1″, 1.5″, with color codes for each one etc
crown moulding shape dimensions (including linear footage) and the detail cut-through projection dimensions
Any other crown mouldings and bands from the plan
Full linear footage of all the expansion joints, ceasing beads, corner beads etc with sizes (1″,1.5″ etc)
Count all the windows and square footage of each window,
All the blueprints will be attached in PDF format. For experienced estimators shouldn’t take longer than 3 – 4 hours
