Sidebar WordPress

I have a site
www.waldio.com/wordpress thats in wordpress. (obviously)
I have 1 sidebar.php. However, on each page like
products or company or includes i want different (custom so I can go in and change them) to show up on each of those pages rather than just the one sidebar.php page.
I need someone to make that happen. Need it done TODAY!
