Get a Freelance Job

I had an application created for me. It loads information into a database. the database is on SQL Server 2005 Express. The application requires .NET 3.5 to be installed on the computer as well as a SDK I have. I can give you all the download links and source to the application. The problem is the program stops in the middle of working and gives me an error. This is the error: External component has thrown an exception…. error once again.

The person who created this for me is unavailable and has been for the past week and has not returned my messages. I just want to get my application working finally! please someone help. I have the money to pay immediately. I need this done today.
