Online Hr System Development
Hey, i need a good web programmer to take our clients HR duties online.
Features:
(1) employee detailed information
(2) employee license and certifications
(3) system flags expiring licenses and cert. a month before they expire
(4) text and phrase search of clients
(5) administrator log-in (and extra account set-up)
(6) sending emails out to specific /mass employees
(7) easily updatable
This is the base information (though we will build upon it slightly). This is one of four similar systems we are implementing. If programming gives a good bid and does a good job he will automatically win the others. Each major update will be posted on scriptlance and the programmer chosen again to re-engineer his creation.
I want a patient programmer who will work with me (nor rushing)..will be paid at each project milestone.Please if you haven’t done anything of this sort don’t even try to bid. Samples are more than welcome.
