Ftp Sync And Purge Remote

I need a windows app (service) that will run an ftp sync (recursively sync ALL remote dir/files to lcd) and then delete all files (not the directories) on the ftp site. this app (service)needs to log (emailing daily logs would be nice) all sync functions. this app (service) needs to be scheduleable. let me know what you can do!
